华为文化有哪些？任正非说过，他也无法清楚的描述华为的文化。但是，在我们员工看来，所谓的华为文化无非就是这些华为内部人人皆知的口号的具体化。这些口号包括“狼性文化”、“以结果为导向”、“烧不死的鸟是凤凰”、“板凳要坐十年冷”、“不让雷锋吃亏”、“成则举杯相庆，败则拼死相救”、“为客户服 务是我们生存的唯一理由”等等，这个在世界经理人社区(bbs.icxo.com)里面已经有很多人讨论了。
